Since we bill our clients on a monthly or annual basis, we are required to retain certain personal information for this reason.
The information we collect will never be shared with third parties, or with any third party advertiser, etc. and will only be maintained, updated & shared within of Zero Group (Pty) ltd Group of Companies.
Information we collect will be the following, but is not limited to:
- Full Names & Surname
- Identification Number
- Contact Number(s)
- Email Address(es)
- Physical Address
- Physical Address where our services will be used
- Banking Information
We retain the above personal information for a period of 3 years after a client has discontinued usage of our services. The information will then be automatically deleted.
